Everything between a form fill and a signed deal
Sorted by where a lead is in its life. Pick a stage to narrow the list, or skip to getting set up.
Capture
- Intake forms
- Give every site its own form address. Copy the snippet, choose the fields, and submissions start arriving.
- Posting from your server
- Send leads straight from your own backend with an API key tied to one product.
- Several products, one account
- Each product or brand has its own forms, its own keys, and a person who gets its new leads by default.
- Lead sources
- Tag each lead with where it came from, such as Website, Referral or LinkedIn, so you can compare them later.
Review
- The inbox
- Nothing reaches your pipeline unchecked. Accept, merge or mark as spam in a couple of keystrokes.
- Duplicate matching
- When someone enquires twice, the inbox shows the lead you already have so you can merge instead of doubling up.
- Spam kept out
- A hidden trap field, rate limits and a list of allowed sites stop junk before it is stored.
Work
- Pipeline board
- Drag leads from stage to stage. Each card shows its deal value.
- Follow-ups
- Set a task and a due date on any lead. Overdue ones show up on your dashboard.
- Attention lists
- See leads nobody has contacted yet and leads that have gone quiet, without building a filter.
- Activity timeline
- Calls, notes and stage changes sit in order on the lead, so a handover does not start from zero.
- Lead scoring
- Give each source a weight and hot leads rise to the top.
- Contacts
- The people behind your leads, each with their own page.
Report
- Pipeline funnel
- How many leads reach each stage, and how many are sitting in it now.
- By source, product and rep
- See which channels, which products and which people turn leads into won deals.
- Form conversion
- Compare submissions received with the leads they became, per product.
- Any date range
- Last 30 or 90 days, this quarter, this year, or dates you pick.
Looking for outbound? Prospecting has its own page.
Up and running in three steps
No migration project. Point a form at it and the first leads arrive the same day.

Connect a form
Create an intake form in Pipeline One App and point your website's form at it. Use plain HTML or a few lines of JavaScript.
If your leads come from your own server instead, post them with an API key.
<form method="post" action="https://app.pipelineoneapp.com/intake/website"> <input name="name" required> <input name="email" type="email" required> <input name="company"> <textarea name="message"></textarea> <button>Send</button> </form>await fetch("https://app.pipelineoneapp.com/intake/website", { method: "POST", headers: { "Content-Type": "application/json" }, body: JSON.stringify({ name: "Jane Doe", email: "jane@acme.example", company: "Acme Inc", message: "Can we see pricing?" }) }); -
Check what comes in
Each submission waits in the inbox for a person. Junk is filtered out before it is stored, repeat enquiries are matched to the lead you already have, and real ones become leads.
- AcceptIt becomes a lead and goes to the right person.
- MergeIt joins a lead you already have.
- SpamIt leaves the inbox. No lead is created.
-
Work the pipeline
New leads are assigned automatically. Follow-ups keep them moving, and reports show what is turning into business and what is not.
