Five screens your team will live in
Pick a screen. The data is made up; the layout and what you can do are what you get.
Inbox
Every form submission lands here first and waits for a person. Nothing becomes a lead until someone says so, which keeps spam and duplicates out of your pipeline and out of your numbers.
What you can do
- Accept a submission. It becomes a lead and goes to the product's default person.
- Merge it into a lead you already have. The inbox finds matches by name, email and company.
- Mark it as spam. It leaves the inbox and no lead is created.
- Filter by product or status, and search by name, email or company.
- See everything the form sent: every field, when it arrived and which page it came from.
Worth knowing
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Move through submissions with the arrow keys and act on each one without touching the mouse.
- Nothing is lost
- Spam stays findable under the Spam filter, and an accepted submission keeps a link to the lead it became.
- Who can use it
- Sales reps and admins. Read-only users can look but not act.
Pipeline board
Every open lead, by stage, with its deal value. It is the view your team keeps open all day. Try a working copy.
What you can do
- Drag a lead from one stage to the next, or use the move menu on each card if you prefer the keyboard.
- Filter the board by who a lead is assigned to, including leads nobody owns yet.
- See the deal value on every card and the count in every stage.
- Open any lead straight from its card.
Worth knowing
- Same stages everywhere
- The board uses the stages the reports use, so the funnel always matches what you see here.
- Every move is recorded
- A stage change appears in the lead's timeline and in the audit log, with who made it.
- Read-only users
- They see the board but cannot move cards.
Lead detail
One page per lead with everything your team knows about it, in order. A handover never starts from zero, and nobody has to ask "where did we get to with these people?"
What you can do
- Keep contact details together: name, email, phone, company and LinkedIn.
- Set the deal value, the source, the stage and who the lead is assigned to.
- Log a call or add a note. Each entry joins the timeline with who wrote it and when.
- Set a follow-up with a title, a description and a due date. Overdue ones show up on the dashboard.
- Attach a contract or an image to the lead.
- Archive a lead you are done with, or delete it.
Worth knowing
- Dates look after themselves
- Created and last-contact dates update on their own as you work.
- Archived is not gone
- Archived leads keep their history and still count in reports.
- Deleting asks first
- Delete needs a confirmation, and the audit log records who did it.
Funnel
By source
| Source | Leads | Won |

Reports
The questions a sales manager asks every Monday, answered from the same data the board uses. Switch the range above and the numbers change.
What you can do
- Pick a range: last 30 days, last 90 days, this quarter, this year, or any dates you choose.
- Read the funnel: how many leads reached each stage, how many sit in it now, and the conversion rate at each step.
- Compare by source, by product and by rep: created, open, won and lost.
- See form submissions next to the leads they turned into, per product.
- Watch weekly activity: leads created and leads won, week by week.
Worth knowing
- Archived leads
- Include them or leave them out with one switch.
- Reps need assignments
- The rep report compares the leads assigned to each person, so assign early.
- Sources are set at creation
- Tag the source when a lead is created and the source report takes care of itself.
Each person has one role. Pick one to see what it allows.
Sales reps work leads and the inbox.
- Can view leads and contacts
- Can view reports
- Can add, edit and move leads
- Can accept, merge and mark spam in the inbox
- Can invite and remove team members
- Can create and revoke API keys
- Can read the audit log
Settings & security
Everything an admin controls, and the safeguards that run on their own. Know who can see what, and who changed what.
What an admin can do
- Invite people with a username and a temporary password. Reset a password or deactivate someone later.
- Add products. Each has its own forms, its own API keys and a default person for new leads.
- Set up intake forms: the fields, which websites may post to them, the starting status and who gets notified.
- Create API keys tied to one product. Each is shown once and can be revoked at any time.
- Define lead sources and give each a weight that adds up to a lead's score.
- Read the audit log: every create, update, delete and assignment, with who did it and what changed.
Runs on its own
- Spam defences
- A hidden trap field and rate limits run before a submission is ever stored.
- Allowed websites
- A form only accepts submissions from the sites you list, unless a server posts with a key.
- Unused keys stand out
- Every key shows when it was last used, so stale ones are easy to spot.
- Clean offboarding
- Deactivate someone and they lose access immediately. Their leads keep their name.
